Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 small eggs
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 30 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 bananas
- 2 cl rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Beat margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and nuts. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix them into the batter. Fill 12 baking cups about two-thirds full and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. After baking, I spread some Nutella on top and decorate them.
