Banana Nutella Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200g Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

easy and fast

Whisk the eggs and sugar, add the oil. Mash the bananas and stir in. Mix the flour and baking powder with the mixture. Add about half a jar of Nutella, or a little more or less to taste. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and bake at 170°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. The cake will be incredibly light and moist. It can also be covered in chocolate coating.
