Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) using conventional ovens. Mash the peeled bananas finely with a fork, mix in the oats and almond milk, and season with cinnamon. Place a slightly heaped teaspoon of the mixture into each hole in a mini muffin tin, place the tin on a wire rack, and bake on the middle shelf for about 12 to 15 minutes. Allow the balls to cool slightly before removing them. Serve with any fruit of your choice. Tip: Ripe bananas are quite sweet, so no additional sweetener was added. The basic recipe can be easily enhanced with nut and almond slivers or coconut flakes. This recipe yields 24 balls.
