Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g flour
  • 120 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 135 g sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • possibly icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

makes about 6 pieces

Beat the egg, butter, sugar, and mashed bananas with a mixer. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and oats and mix everything together. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold and decorate with icing, for example, if desired.
