Banana-orange curd

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 200 ml sour milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 slice(s) banana(s) and/or
  • 1 slice(s) orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

1 serving – quickly conjured up

Halve the orange, possibly cutting off a slice for garnish and squeezing it. Peel and roughly chop the banana, reserving a slice for garnish. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the sour cream is nicely combined with everything else. Pour into a glass, place the banana or orange peel on the rim, and enjoy.
