Banana Pan Cake with Maple Syrup

- 1 a cup Flour as desired
- 1 tsp Sugar brown
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Prices Salt
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 1 a cup Soy, oats or rice milk
- 1 piece Banana, fully ripe
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- Maple syrup to taste
- Rapeseed oil for baking
- Mix the banana with the sugar and the milk you want very well, then stir in the other ingredients until you get a homogeneous, slightly thick dough. Bake in rapeseed oil, put a small ladle for each cake in the pan and bake over medium heat and keep warm. After the dough is used up, arrange nicely and drizzle a bit of maple syrup, but these cakes also taste wonderful with only jam sugar
