Kaiserschmarren with Apricots and Egg Liqueur

- 3 Free range eggs
- 50 g Flour
- 3 tablespoon Ground almonds
- 5 Apricots
- 5 tablespoon Advocaat
- 1,5 tablespoon Acacia honey
- 500 Milliliters Kefir
- Whisk the eggs.
- Mix the flour with the almonds.
- Add the beaten eggs, kefir and eggnog. Mix everything well.
- Core the apricots and puree with the honey.
- Add to the dough and mix well.
- Bake in portions in a non-stick pan with a little clarified butter. Divide the dough.
- Serve with fresh apricots and some eggnog.
