Kaiserschmarren with Apricots and Egg Liqueur

The perfect kaiserschmarren with apricots and egg liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Free range eggs
  • 50 g Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Ground almonds
  • 5 Apricots
  • 5 tablespoon Advocaat
  • 1,5 tablespoon Acacia honey
  • 500 Milliliters Kefir
  1. Whisk the eggs.
  2. Mix the flour with the almonds.
  3. Add the beaten eggs, kefir and eggnog. Mix everything well.
  4. Core the apricots and puree with the honey.
  5. Add to the dough and mix well.
  6. Bake in portions in a non-stick pan with a little clarified butter. Divide the dough.
  7. Serve with fresh apricots and some eggnog.
