Ingredients
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 2 piece Fresh bananas
- 1 tablespoon Quark double cream
- 1 tablespoon Fat for the pan
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate or nougat cream
- 1 tablespoon Fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Purée the eggs with sliced bananas with the magic wand, then stir in the quark.
- Heat the fat in a small pan and add a ladle of the omelette mixture. Let it set slowly and turn the omelette. (Is really difficult with a large pan - then there is banana pancake). Do the same with the rest of the dough.
- Brush the finished omelette with the cream or drizzle with maple syrup and roll up. After these parts are very soft, they will partially burst.
- Garnish with a few fresh strawberries and then just enjoy.
