Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 banana(s), also works with 2
- 3 eggs, always the same number as bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- n. B. sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quick, easy and you basically have all the ingredients at home.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix, preferably with your hands. The bananas shouldn’t be completely mashed, but should still have a few pieces. Pour enough oil into a pan to cover the bottom and heat. Ladle in 3 portions of batter and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Do not cook at the highest heat, as otherwise the outer edges will be cooked while the center is still wet! Sprinkle the banana pancakes with sugar, if desired.
