Banana pancakes with condensed milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml condensed milk
  • 4 handfuls of flour
  • 1 banana(s)
  • vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and delicious

In a deep bowl, chop the banana into small pieces. Add the condensed milk. Blend with a hand blender until you get banana milk. Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Stir the batter until smooth, forming a nice pancake batter. Stir in the vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Preheat the pan to 3 and grease with oil or butter. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Arrange on plates and serve with sugar, cinnamon, hazelnut spread, or vanilla sauce with ice cream. Tip: If desired, you can enrich the batter with oat or coconut flakes or banana pieces. You can also use coconut milk instead of condensed milk.
