Pancakes made from banana batter with Nutella filling
Mix the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar with a mixer or whisk. Sift the flour, add, and mix. Cut the bananas into small pieces, mash them, and mix well with the batter. Heat the pan thoroughly and brush with oil (here’s a tip without a brush: cut a raw potato crosswise, skewer it on a fork, dip it in a small bowl of oil, and brush the pan with it). Pour the batter (a large ladleful for a large pan) into the center of the pan and swirl the pan so that the batter is evenly distributed over the entire surface. As soon as the edges of the batter turn golden brown, turn it over. This amount will make about 6 pancakes. Note: Oil the pan before each pancake! Let the finished pancakes cool slightly. Then spread Nutella in the center (the amount can be adjusted according to your preferences) and fold them together.
