Pizza Banan – discovered in Sweden!
Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar, then knead into a dough with olive oil and water. Let it rise for about 30 minutes, then cover and refrigerate. Leave there for at least 24 hours (or 48 hours is fine). Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into four pieces, and shape into round pizzas. Let them rise for a while. In the meantime, puree the tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic chives, and basil (all roughly chopped) with a hand blender. Cut the Gouda into small pieces (or grate it whole). Slice the bananas. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizzas (not quite to the edges). Sprinkle with the cheese. Then add the bananas and sprinkle with curry. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C on a baking sheet placed on the floor of the oven (or on the lowest rack) for about 15 minutes.
