- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- e.g. honey or sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mash the banana in a bowl. Combine the oats, milk, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir thoroughly to prevent burning. Reduce heat to low and let swell briefly. Add the porridge to the banana puree, fold in, and serve immediately. Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste. Instead of bananas, the porridge also tastes good with compote, cherries, red fruit compote, raspberries, etc.
