Banana pudding

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 sachet of gelatin (instant gelatin, e.g. from Ruf)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • possibly sugar
  • possibly fruit for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy banana pudding

Simply puree the bananas in the milk with a fork or a hand blender, depending on whether you want a few chunks in the pudding or if you want it to be very smooth. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and stir well. If the bananas aren’t quite ripe and sweet enough, you can of course add a little more sugar for sweetness. Then mix in the instant gelatin and mix well. Place the whole thing in the fridge for about 1-2 hours. Of course, you can mix in other types of fruit if you like. You can then decorate the pudding with all sorts of things: e.g. a few apple slices, pieces of tangerine, grapes, or chocolate shavings. This pudding isn’t to everyone’s taste, but children especially love it, and it’s simply perfect when the bananas in the fruit bowl start to get dark spots and no one wants to eat them anymore.
