Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100 ml water, cold
  • 100 ml milk, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

cold, frothy coffee, similar to frappé

Combine the coffee powder and sugar in a tall mug and mix. Add the water and froth everything well with a milk frother, but not so much that it all turns into foam. Some of the mixture should still be liquid. Pour the milk into a tall glass and pour the coffee foam on top. Stir everything until the liquid part of the coffee mixture is mixed with the milk. If desired, top the foam with a spoon. Serve with a straw.
