Banana-quark bomb

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g yogurt, low-fat, 1.5%
  • 2 tbsp linseed oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Melt the coconut oil in a pan. Slowly toast the walnuts over medium heat. Stir or toss the mixture to ensure even toasting. Then, combine the cooled walnuts with the quark and yogurt. Add the linseed oil and honey and mix well. Peel the bananas and carefully fold them into the quark mixture. This banana-quark bomb tastes best when it’s been left to stand for a good hour.
