Banana semolina porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 20 g semolina
  • 50 g banana(s), peeled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Baby food for the bottle, from 6 months

Heat the milk in a saucepan and stir in the semolina with a whisk. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Purée the banana very finely with a hand blender, stir into the puree, and pour into the bottle. Shake well. If the puree is not intended for bottle-feeding, roughly mash the banana with a fork and mix into the semolina.
