Banana Sesame Dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas, very ripe
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • 10 g butter
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon(s)
  • 400 g ice cream, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for overripe bananas

Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise. Heat a pan with butter and fry the sesame seeds. Add the bananas, season with honey and lemon, and fry on both sides until the bananas are nice and translucent and lightly browned. The sesame seeds should stick to the banana halves. Fill four ice cream bowls with ice cream and arrange the hot bananas on top, perhaps with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
