Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 400 ml orange juice (direct juice)
- 2 tsp, heaped cane sugar

Remove the roots from the lamb’s lettuce and place it in a blender. Peel the bananas and break them into several pieces. Add them to the salad. Pour 400 ml of chilled orange juice over the mixture and add two heaped teaspoons of cane sugar. Depending on the sweetness of the bananas and your taste, you can omit the sugar. Blend everything thoroughly at low speed. Consume immediately.
