Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for meta-type gamma

Finely puree 40g of strawberries with a hand blender or in a blender and then combine with the quark. If you like, you can also place the quark in an ice cube tray or small muffin cups and freeze for 30 minutes to create semi-frozen strawberry quark balls, similar to strawberry ice cream. Halve the banana lengthwise and place it in a deep plate or arrange it on an oblong platter. Sprinkle the oat flakes over the banana and spread the strawberry quark or, if desired, the semi-frozen quark balls over the banana. Garnish with the remaining strawberries and blackberries, and decorate with chocolate sauce and dark chocolate drops before serving.
