A lean dish for warm days

This is a quick, delicious snack or a meal replacement for weight loss. Quarter the apple and core it. Cut the quarters into small cubes. Dice the pineapple slices. Finely dice the ginger root. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with the yogurt. Roughly grind the pink berries in a mortar and sprinkle them over the dish. This looks great and, along with the ginger, gives the dish a tangy, spicy flavor. Of course, other fruits can also be used, depending on the season.
