Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 banana(s), ripe
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very tasty and juicy

Puree the bananas. Gradually combine the remaining ingredients. Add the banana puree to the batter and stir in. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and bake at 200°C for about 1 hour. Check with a wooden skewer.
