  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil or butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the steak on both sides with salt and pepper. Peel the banana and wrap it in the steak. Fry the banana steak in a pan with olive oil (or butter) until golden brown. Prepare the hollandaise sauce. Remove the steak from the pan and place it in a baking dish. Spread the apricot jam on top of the steak. Pour the hollandaise sauce over it. Bake in the oven for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the baking dish and serve on a plate. I recommend serving it with curry rice and a curry cream sauce.
