Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs (size M)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of flavoring (Zitroback)
- 125 g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp milk
- 200 g almonds, sliced

quick, moist mug cake
One cup of cream is used as the measurement. Pour 250 ml of cream into a mixing bowl, rinse and dry the bowl. Measure out the sugar and vanilla sugar and add it to the cream, as well as the 4 eggs, salt and Zirtroback. Mix well, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Place the dough on a baking tray (either lined with baking paper or lightly greased). Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the middle shelf for 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the icing by mixing the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and milk, and add the almonds. After 10 minutes, take the cake out of the oven, spread the icing over the top and bake the cake for another 10 minutes on the second shelf from the top.
