- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions

Mix the yogurt with the honey and stir in the banana in bite-sized pieces. For variation, you can of course add other fruits or even oatmeal, depending on your taste and mood.
