Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 ml milk
- 125 ml natural yogurt
- 2 tsp peanut butter, unsalted
- ½ banana(s), very ripe
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 slice(s) banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with honey and milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the smoothie is nice and creamy. Pour into a nice, slim glass, place the banana on the rim, and enjoy.
