Blackberry-Lime Shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g blackberries
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 350 ml buttermilk
  • e.g. crushed ice
  • 2 slices of lime

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for two people

Sort the blackberries, wash them, and pat them dry. Wash the lime, pat it dry, and grate some of the zest. Cut two thin slices and set them aside for garnish. Simply juice the rest. Now add everything to the blender: the blackberries, lime juice, honey, buttermilk, and crushed ice. Run the blender until everything is nicely blended. Season to taste and pour into two attractive, slim glasses. Garnish with the lime slices and serve ice-cold.
