Banana yogurt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 130 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g natural yogurt (at least 3% fat)
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder
  • 120 g sugar
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 130 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Make a dough from all the ingredients, from flour to salt, and press it into a 26 cm springform pan. Use 2/3 for the base and 1/3 for the edge. Peel and puree the bananas, mix in the yogurt, egg, sugar, pudding, sour cream and sugar and stir until smooth. Spread the mixture on the base. Tear small crumbs from the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and butter and sprinkle them over the banana mixture. Bake the cake on the lowest rack in the oven at 175°C for approx. 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the cake stand in the oven for another 10 minutes. Take it out, let it cool, place it on a cake plate and serve.
