  • 10 g ginger
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (honey vinegar)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Puree the banana finely. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Mix thoroughly with the vinegar, salt, and mustard flour. Add about 5-6 tablespoons of water as needed. The mustard should be relatively thin, as the mustard flour will swell. Let the mustard stand uncovered for about 24 hours. Then pour into jars and store in a dark place. Let it mature for at least 2 weeks until it develops its full flavor.
