Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp chicken broth
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 pack of Vienna sausages
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 250 ml cream
- 50 g parsley

easy and fast
Combine the basmati rice, water, and chicken broth in a sealable, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the rice at 750-800W for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the bell peppers and Vienna sausages. Add both to the cooked rice. Return everything to the microwave for 10 minutes at 750-800W with the lid slightly open. Finally, stir in the cream and parsley. Cover everything with cheese and return to the microwave for another 5 minutes.
