Blackberry Curd Yogurt Dessert
The perfect blackberry curd yogurt dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Quark lean
- 400 g Blackberries
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Natural yogurt, to decorate
- 1 Pkg. Vanilla sugar
- Fruit to decorate
- Puree all ingredients except yoghurt and the fruit to decorate with a hand blender for about 5 minutes.
- Then alternate the puree and natural yoghurt in a glass beaker and decorate with fruit at the end.
- It tastes best when it has stood in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
