Blackberry Curd Yogurt Dessert

The perfect blackberry curd yogurt dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Quark lean
  • 400 g Blackberries
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Natural yogurt, to decorate
  • 1 Pkg. Vanilla sugar
  • Fruit to decorate
  1. Puree all ingredients except yoghurt and the fruit to decorate with a hand blender for about 5 minutes.
  2. Then alternate the puree and natural yoghurt in a glass beaker and decorate with fruit at the end.
  3. It tastes best when it has stood in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
