Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp salt (smoked salt if desired)
  • 200 ml espresso
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp, heaped harissa
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, smoked (or regular)
  • 600 g tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and uncomplicated

Boil the pineapple juice with the salt until reduced by a quarter. Add the espresso and honey and boil again until slightly syrupy! Add the harissa and paprika and stir in the ketchup. (For the Cooking Chef: I chose 100°C and set the flexi stirrer to 1.)
