Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g quark, 40% fat
- 1 jar morello cherries, sugared (approx. 500g)
- 2 handfuls of meringue(s)
- n. B. sugar
- 1 piece(s) vanilla pod(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pink – with cherries and quark
Drain the morello cherries and reserve some of the juice. Mix this well with the quark to give it a lovely pink color. Then scrape out the vanilla pod and add the seeds, sugar to taste, and the morello cherries to the quark cream and stir in. Crumble the meringue and fold it in just before serving.
