- 4 kiwis
- 12 slice(s) Black Forest ham, thinly sliced
- Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the kiwi and cut into wafer-thin slices. Arrange it on 4 plates like a carpaccio. Arrange 3 slices of ham on each plate, decoratively. Season with a little freshly ground black pepper at the table. A sophisticated and light appetizer that’s always a hit. On hot summer days, it’s also an ideal substitute for melon with ham.
