Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg oat flakes, wholegrain
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup Brazil nuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 cup flaxseed
- 1 cup of sultanas
- 1 cup goji berries
- 1 cup dried apricots, coarsely chopped
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 cups apple juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup liquid honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
with oat flakes, seeds, nuts, dried fruits
First, mix the dry ingredients, then the liquid ingredients. Then, combine everything and spread it on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C (fan oven) for about 1.5 hours. Turn everything over halfway through if necessary and swap the baking sheets. Store in tightly sealed containers until completely cooled. Enjoy the muesli with milk, almond milk, nut milk, or oat milk. It’s also delicious with some fruit or a few berries on top. I discovered this muesli in New Zealand, so the measurements are in cups. You could say that one cup is about 250 ml. I didn’t weigh it. The calorie information refers to 100 g.
