Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g smoked mackerel fillet(s), skinless and boneless
- 100 g cream cheese
- ½ tsp sambal oelek
- Salt and pepper, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Mash the mackerel fillet (I always buy it already boned) with the cream cheese and sambal oelek in a bowl with a fork. If you like it a bit spicier, add salt and pepper. Serve with crackers.
