Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 melon(s)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp blueberries, dried
- 5 tbsp coarse oat flakes
- 5 tbsp spelt flakes
- 1 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tsp flaxseed
- 2 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 ½ dl milk (oat milk)
- 6 tbsp cream (oat cream)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the melon into cubes. Collect any remaining juice and add it to the muesli. Mash about 4 tablespoons of melon flesh with the lemon juice with a fork until smooth and stir into the oat milk. Mix with the flakes, bran, dried blueberries, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds. Let everything sit for about 15 minutes. Stir in the oat cream. If it’s still too thick, thin it slightly with oat milk or water. Then fold in the melon cubes.
