Basic recipe for overnight oats

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g oat flakes, delicate
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed, crushed
  • 40 g natural yogurt
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink) (variety according to taste) or milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • e.g. nuts or basic muesli, amaranth pops, fruit, crunch, …

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Breakfast

The night before, combine the oats, flaxseeds, honey, yogurt, soy milk, and honey in a sealable container and refrigerate overnight. Do not stir! Add the remaining selected ingredients (for example, bananas and nuts) immediately before eating and then mix everything well.
