Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 9 tbsp sunflower oil
- 9 tbsp flour
- 4 eggs
- 8 tbsp sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- some butter for the mold
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes
either for a 26cm springform pan or a loaf pan
Preheat the oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven). Whisk the eggs well with the sugar. Add the oil a tablespoon at a time. Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir into the egg mixture. Grease the cake pan well and pour in the batter. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Dust the cake with powdered sugar while it’s still warm.
