Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 300 g spinach, frozen
- 4 small onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- ½ liter of water
- 2 vegetable stock cubes
- 4 bunches of basil
- 300 ml sweet cream
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the garlic clove, press it through, sauté it in oil, and dust it with flour. Add water, stir in, bring to a boil, and dissolve 2 vegetable stock cubes in it. Wash and finely chop the basil and add it to the stock. Add the spinach. Bring the soup to a boil and puree. Lightly whip the cream and add it to the soup just before serving. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
