Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 500 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ⅛ liter milk

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Basic recipe
Beat the sugar and butter until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, then fold in the flour, milk, and baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan and bake at 175°C for approximately 1 hour. Let rest for 10 minutes after baking. The batter can be refined with poppy seeds, desiccated coconut, nuts, chocolate, or chocolate pieces.
