Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 liters of beer, Bavarian, light / dark to taste
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 1 liter of alcohol (prima spirit or fruit juice, at least 65% alcohol)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the vanilla pods. Boil the beer with the sugar and vanilla pods for 15 minutes and let cool. Remove the vanilla pods and add the Prima Spirit (or fruit base), stir, pour into clean bottles, seal tightly, and store in a cool, dark place for 3 months.
