Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bread dumplings
- 250 g roast pork, cold, or boiled beef, in 5 mm slices
- 100 g Emmental or mountain cheese, sliced
- 1 tomato(s)
- 2 pickles
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard, sweet
- 8 tbsp rapeseed oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. chili salt

great use of leftovers
Halve or quarter the dumplings and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the roast and cheese into strips, slice the tomato and cucumber, and thinly slice the onion. Place everything in a bowl. Combine the vinegar, paprika, mustard, oil, salt, pepper, and chili salt to make a spicy marinade and stir in the parsley. Pour over the salad and toss gently. Let it sit for about an hour, then season to taste.
