Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 slices of toast
- 12 slice(s) Leberkäse (thin slices), finely sliced
- 6 m.-large tomato(s)
- 5 m.-sized onion(s)
- 12 slices of processed cheese
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Family favorite for 30 years
Top the toast with the fine Leberkäse (meatloaf). Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top. Slice the onions and brown them in a pan with some oil, then spread them on the toast. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper and top with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
