Vegetable pan with turkey strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g turkey meat, shredded
  • 2 bell peppers, color as desired
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g mushrooms, white
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the vegetables and mushrooms. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Remove the mushroom stems and slice the mushrooms into strips. Peel the onions and chop them into small pieces. Brown the minced meat in a hot pan and then remove. Sauté the onions and gradually add the vegetables. Once the vegetables are browned, add the tomato paste and then the water to simmer. After about 10 minutes, add the meat back in and let it simmer. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and sugar. You can combine the vegetable stir-fry with rice and pasta.
