BBQ Chicken Nachos
The perfect bbq chicken nachos recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 Pc. Chicken breast fillet
- 0,5 tbsp Coarse salt
- 0,5 tbsp Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 0,75 Cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 packet Tortillas
- 2 Cup Cheese
- 0,5 Pc. Onion red
- 1 Pc. Tomato
- 8 Pc. Strips of bacon
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 0,5 Cup Sour cream
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, fry in oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic and chili powder.
- Add the barbeque sauce to the chicken pieces. Turn off the hotplate and let it steep briefly.
- Spread tortilla chips in a baking dish. Place half of the chicken with sauce on the chips. Scatter cheese, onions, tomatoes, strips of bacon and chopped parsley on top.
- Add another layer of tortilla chips to the baking dish. Place the rest of the chicken on top. Sprinkle again with the remaining ingredients.
- Place in the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes. Finally, serve with a few dollop of sour cream.
