Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 piece(s) fresh ginger (approx. 20g)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin, ground
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Simply brush the poultry with the marinade before grilling
I put all the ingredients in a small blender. That’s it! Press the garlic through a garlic press, finely grate the ginger, and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Simply brush the mixture onto the poultry before grilling. Tip: Small chicken thighs (with skin) are great for grilling! I place chicken breasts, etc., in a grill tray so they don’t get too dry or too dark.
