Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp onion granules
  • 2 tsp pepper, mixed, freshly ground
  • 4 tsp smoked paprika powder (La Vera Doux mild)
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder (La Vera spicy)
  • 1 tsp salt, smoked (hickory)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spice mix for pork, beef, poultry, etc.

Mix all the spices together. The day before, rub the meat with a little neutral oil and rub it in with the rub. Let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator, or at least 6 hours.
