Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 100 g cooked ham (3% fat)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g beans, green
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

WW suitable

Dice the onion, potatoes, and ham. Trim the beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and ham. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Cover and cook the potatoes and beans in the vegetable stock for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. 3.50 FP per person
