Bean and tomato salad with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can white beans
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • ½ garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ bunch parsley, chopped
  • Salad (Lollo bianco)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the drained beans with the sliced ​​tomatoes and the shredded lettuce. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it on top. Mix the chopped garlic with the vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle the parsley on top. It’s not a particularly difficult culinary skill, but it’s incredibly delicious.
